Abstract:National tradition sport in an important part of Chinese traditional culture, while the traditional sport has to face up the olss and it is on the dangerous verge of extinction because of the attack of globalization of sports, which is represented by the Olympic movements. School sports are important ways of disseminating sports and culture. Introducing traditional sports to school physical education can1 on the one hand, promote the development of school sports and enrich teaching resources of school physical education. It will help improve students＇physical and mental health and improve their overall quality as well as help young students have awareness for lifelong sports training. On the other hand, school sports will conducive to the development of traditional sports, in favor of mining, sorting and protection, national traditions and conducive to promotion, popularization and transmission of the traditional sports.

Abstract:In this article, the authors conducted an in-depth study on the formation of a system of comprehensive education of Chinese citizens. In particular, the aspect of the influence of sports as a significant system of social development is considered. The authors consider a number of theoretical and practical issues regarding problematic topics. The prerequisites for the integration of sports into the list of academic disciplines, as well as a retrospective of the introduction of sports into educational programs, are revealed. In the course of the research, the importance of martial arts as a key direction in the sports education of young people and the relationship of this sport with the formation of a personality are analyzed in detail. In conclusion, the article presents the current state of sports education in educational institutions in China.

Abstract:The integration of ethnic traditional sports into school mental health education holds significant practical value in innovating the content and form of teaching activities, enhancing students’ human-istic literacy, and promoting the construction of school-based curriculum of mental health education. Taking the innovative practice of mental health education at the Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County Senior High School as an example, a series of ethnic traditional sports activities suitable for students’ mental health education have been carefully selected and introduced, including “Kicking bamboo ball”, “snatching zongzi” and “dancing straw loong”. These activities are then reasonably adapted and organically integrated into various aspects of the school’s mental health education, such as curriculum teaching, practical activities, and the campus environment, with the aim of improving the educational effectiveness of mental health education and elevating the mental health level of students.

Abstract:With the continuous advancement and implementation of the education curriculum reform in the country, course development has become more and more important. The existing resources of the school and the local unique ethnic characteristics are rationally used to develop the curriculum content in line with the student’s development, which is the responsibility of each educator. The bamboo egg game is one of China’s ethnic minority traditional sports activities. Its development is diverse in form, rich in content, has an ethnic interest, can let the students inherit traditional culture, and enhance the consciousness of cooperation. This paper analyzes and researches the importance and practicability of introducing bamboo egg sports into primary school physical education classes, which provides a reference for educators in the development of school-based curricula with minority characteristics.

Abstract:This paper describes the significance, constitution and approaches of exploiting national fitness project in physical education in middle school. It states that the exploitation of national fitness project is helpful to achieve the educational goal of “people-oriented”, the traditional sports culture can be widely disseminated and effectively inherited; the cultural value of school sports can be enriched. It elaborates the national fitness project mainly consists of projects of entertainment, competition and those reflecting the festival. This paper discusses the approaches of exploiting national fitness project, such as changing the concept of education and establishing a scientific concept of sports resources, further strengthening the sorting, excavation and research of national traditional fitness project, meeting young students’ physical and mental characteristics of in the choice of content, and highlighting the national characteristics and geographical characteristics of national fitness projects. It aims to integrate the national fitness project into physical education, enrich the resources of middle school PE curriculum and promote the comprehensive development of middle school students.

Abstract:With the further implementation of the "Healthy China" development strategy, the development of school sports ushered in a new wave. However, judging from the status quo of the development of school physical education, many problems such as its status decline, unbalanced function, declining value and meaning attenuation have become shackles hindering the future development of school physical education and its education. In view of the background of the development strategy of "Healthy China" and further analysis of the special values of school sports health promotion and health popularization, it is believed that in the construction of "Healthy China", the development of school sports should be based on two aspects: concept and form. Appropriate reforms are carried out at the level, that is, use life sports to rebuild the new concept of school sports, and use colorful sports to open up a new form of school sports. Further promote the development of school sports through the form of life sports and colorful sports, so as to better promote the development and construction of "Healthy China".
