Accelerating the Development of Yacht Economy in Shanghai:An Perspective of Strategy

Abstract:First,the paper analyzes the industry of yacht in the world and the situation of the competition.It points out that the industry of yacht in China has taken its initial step,and will boom up in the near future.The manu- facture of yacht in Shanghai has its unique advantages in the location,the industrial foundation and the market space. Nevertheless,Shanghai also faces several challenges.To aim at the objective that Sbanghai would become the base of yacht manufacturing,the chain of industry led by the high technique and innovation have to be formed,and in order to maintain the sustainable development of yacht economy,a famous brand is also necessary.The article also makes the proposition of the high technical innovation in yacht industry and the establishment of the own brand.
