Abstract:With the increasingly of intensified competition in the industry,the demand for automation professionals from all walks has become higher and higher.It is not only requiring students to master profound theoretical basis and strong theoretical researching ability,but also to have strong ability of engineering design.There is a serious problem in current training of automation professional in university that the training of theory research ability is separate from the engineering design capabilities.To solve that problem,we proposed a professionals training mode based on typical issue-driven in this paper.And for this training mode,an open teaching mode of automation specialized courses which based on the actual problem research is proposed.It is greatly stimulating the students' autonomous learning interests and establishing an integrated platform for automated test to meet the requirements of multi-disciplinary multi-level experiment.This mode not only improves the utilization rate of experiment resources,but also provides the training of students' abilities of engineering design and theoretical research ability a solid foundation and makes beneficial exploration for the development of automation.
