Abstract:The thermal effect of giant magnetostrictive material seriously affects its control precision.Firstly,the heat of system of giant magnetostrictive device is analyzed and test method is used to determine the thermal and magnetic strain under certain conditions;secondly,the cooling subsystem that is suitable for giant magnetostrictive device is designed;finally,based on test curve of thermal and magnetic strain,an up compensation method with software is proposed.
