Abstract:Continuously Stirred Tank Reaetor is a kind of multi-variable、strongly nonlinear and multi-operating point complex industry process.It is sensitive to the load disturbance and the change of interior parameter.Considering the characteristics of the conventional of Proportional-Integral-Derivative(PID) controller is difficult to obtain its parameters and satisfactory performance,a robust PID control method is being proposed based on improved the improved Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).Based on the analysis of optimization objective,parameter tuning for robust PID controller is reduced to solve a maximum-minimum problem,and a co-evolutionary algorithm based on the improved PSO is used for the maximum-minimum problem,and a PID controller with the most optimal performance index is obtained.Simulation results of the real example shows that the PID controller designed by this method has a good robustness and is superior to the PID controller based on the other tuning methods,and has a satisfactory performance in a wide range of process operations.
