Abstract:This paper is for old-fashioned two-tank in factory in Ningxia,in original manual control based on techanical reform,design plan of control system based on kingview ang Simens S7-200PLC view is put forward,lower processor was composed by series Siemens S7-200PLC and expansion modules in control system,moreover,centralized management and real-time monitoring of collected data are carried out through the upper processor that adopts industrial computer and kingview.Through actual operation of that scene: system is realible,stable and satisfactory results are achieved.
