Abstract:Objective: To investigate the expression level of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and inducible nitricoxide synthase(iNOS) in Tca8113 cells and provide basis for further study on the role of TGF-β1 and iNOS in invasionand metastasis of human tongue carcinoma.Methods: mRNA and protein of TGF-β1/iNOS in Tca8113 cells were detectedby RT-PCR and SP immunohistochemistry.Results: The band of TGF-β1/iNOS mRNA were obvious,and the expressionof TGF-β1/iNOS protein were strongly positive in Tca8113 cells.Conclusion: There were high level expression of TGF-β1/iNOS in Tca8113 cells.
