Abstract:Objective To explore the optimal detective conditions of different indexes on ConA induced immune liver injury in mice.Methods Determination the releasing of transaminases and the pathologic change after mouse vena caudalis injection of ConA with different concentrations and at different time.Results The transaminases heightened at 8h after ICR mouse vena caudalis injection by ConA 15mg/kg,though nuance on pathologic change.When vena caualis injection of ConA 20/kg,the spleen index reached the zenith within 6 hours;while at 10 hour after injection,the hepatic pathology became distinct as well as the transaminases.Conclusion The spleen pathologic change take place within 6 hours after 20 mg/kg ConA vena caualis injection on ICR mouse,while 10 hour could rise the most conspicuous liver injury.
