Effects of Qi-blood Symphyso-treated Formula and Its Herb-pairs on Platelet Aggregation and Expression of Platelet Activated Molecule in Rats with Hyperlipemia

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of qi-blood symphyso-treated formula and its herb-pairs on fat(metabolism),platelet aggregation and expression of platelet activated molecule in rats with hyperlipemia,compare the differences of their effect intensity and effect component element.Methods: Hyperlipemia blood-stasis rat models were set up by high lipoids feedstuff and stress(adrenalin).The effects of full formula and its promoting blood flow and regulating vital energy herb-pairs on Hyperlipemia blood-stasis rat models were observed after intragastric administration.Results: Cholesterol total(TC) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) in full formula group,szechwan lovage rhizome and red peony root group,bupleurum root and red peony root group and bupleurum root and orange fruit group were markedly degraded(P<0.05,P<0.01);Triglyceride(TG) and lipoprotein(α) in full formula group were also notably declined(P<0.05);Lipoprotein(α) in bupleurum root and red peony root group and bupleurum root and orange fruit group were markedly degraded(P<0.05).Platelet aggregation in full formula group and szechwan lovage rhizome and red peony root group were notably refrained(P<0.05);Platelet activated rate in bupleurum root and red peony root group and bupleurum root and orange fruit group were markedly restrained(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qi-blood symphyso-treated formula and its promoting blood flow and regulating vital energy herb-pairs have effects on different component elements of hyperlipemia animal models;after compatibility of the two herb-pairs,the therapeutic effects have certain increases in some aspects.
