Abstract:Simulation model of Hydraulic steering system with flow amplification, which is widely used in traffic engineering machinery, is established in AMESim8.0.0 environment. Through the structure analysis of the system's three compositions, which are priority valve, steering gear and steering cylinder, are modeled by using the library of HCD. According to parameters of the actual structure of the system, the simulation parameters are set to every component of the model. Under the circumstances of step signal with different angle, rotation, and load force, the simulation results of the model turn out to be in accordance with the characteristic of the real system, which indicates feasibility and reliability of the model to specific performance analysis and optimization design.
