Abstract:Based on the analysis of cultural statistics in Beijing,this article studies the influences of the cultural industry policies on the urban development,including the establishment of new key industry through new statistical standards,the creative and cultural industries development promoted by the relevant cultural policies,the increase of the creative and cultural industries cluster areas,and the cultivation of urban creative environment.Furthermore,the main factors which will affect the urban cultural development are discussed in this article,which followed by the discussion on the future cultural industry policies,including the highly thinking on the efficiency of the policies,the efficient utilization of the urban spaces,the reasonable distribution of cultural resources,and the bottom-up way for the urban cultural development.
