Abstract:The whitefly Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius) is one of the most devastating pest insects, and has caused heavy loss of crop yield.B.tabaci has a wide range of host and reproduces fast. The control B.tabaci mainly depends on pesticides. In order to get more effective pesticides, pesticides such as 5% regent,2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin,4% abamectin,70% confidor, and 25% buprofezin were investigated for the efficacy by leaf-dip bioassay. After 72-h application,4% abamectin showed the highest efficacy against B.tabaci, the adjusted mortality of B.tabaci being 98.01%.70% confidor followed, the adjusted mortality being 80.91%.B.tabaci exhibited the weakest susceptability to 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin with the mortality less than 5.00%.CYP6CM1 and Coe1 were related to B.tabaci adult resistances to imidacloprid and organophosphates respectively. After B.tabaci adult was deposed to 4% abamectin for 72 h,CYP6M1 expression had a significant decrease, and Coe1 stayed stable. After B.tabaci adult was deposed to 2.5% lambda-cyhalothrin for 72 h,CYP6M1 expression showed change, while Coe1 increased slightly. After B.tabaci adult was deposed to 25% buprofezin for 72 h,CYP6M1 increased slightly, and Coe1 decreased slightly. It indicated that the control of different insecticides on B.tabaci had some negative correlations with transcript expressions of CYP6CM1 and Coe1.
