Abstract:As for the reform of the administration in our country,new measures are frequently created while most of them are controversial.Since many concepts have lagged behind completely as exposed by some typical cases,it is of great need to select a new perspective to explore new things.Under the complicated background of political and economic system reform and science and technology reform,the basic tendency of the administration reform and innovation in our country aims at the mild administration,high-efficient administration and approaches innovation,on a human-oriented basis and focusing on the innovation of the administration measures and approaches.The administration reform and innovation should adhere to the principles of the rule of law and the practice criterion,preventing from seeking for private interest under the name of innovation.It is suggest that a tolerant and calm attitude should be adopted to deal with the new measures and corresponding controversies of the administration from the rule of law and development perspectives,so as to establish the government under the rule of law and the harmonious society.
