Abstract:In pharmaceutical procurement,Group Purchasing Organization(GPO)appeals lots of research because of lower cost and better service.Based on the analysis of both domestic and foreign medical procurement system,this article is to use foreign experience based on group purchasing organization(GPO)in pharmaceutical procurement to optimize the domestic medical supply chain system.On the basis of explaining the operation model of GPO and its characteristics to analyze the current drug bidding system in our country,try to propose some recommendations of the establishment and improvement of our medical supply chain system.It is of important practical significance and value to optimize the domestic medical supply chain system with the guidance and support from the government,learning from the foreign experience of the pharmaceutical supply system based on the GPO.
