Simulation on acoustic scattering feature of underwater target

Abstract:This paper gives a brief analysis to the acoustic scattering mechanism of the underwater target.For several typical underwater targets,in near field,the sonar imaging simulations are achieved by physical acoustic method,while in far field the simulation of target echo is realized by the theory of highlight model.The target feature extraction with various ways according to distances provides simulation data for underwater target recognition.
