Abstract:Medical and health system reform requires hospital management to new and higher level.An effective performance management system needs to be built,to achieve the second transformation of the hospital performance management.Performance management is an effective means to realize the hospital's overall development strategy for the specific work and effectiveness of health care workers.Traditional performance management of departments and sections focuses on overall level of performance improvement,especially the low performance of hospital performance.Strict budget,process optimization,and enhancing the economic management of departments contribute to the achievement of the performance management of the second transformation,and to enhancing the core competitiveness of the hospital deep-seating.
