Research on ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of buckwheat flavonoids

Abstract:The best extraction process of buckwheat flavonoids was discussed with buckwheat flavonoids extraction rate as the main evaluation indicator.The results showed that: Ultrasound-assisted extraction process had more advantages over the traditional extraction process.The Single factor and orthogonal experimental results showed that: Compared to the traditional extraction process,the extraction time of ultrasound-assisted extraction process was shorter,the temperature was lower,the purity and the second extraction rate were higher.The optimum conditions were as that: extraction temperature of 60℃,60%(v/v) ethanol,solid-liquid rate of 1∶7.9,ultrasonic power of 70 W and ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz lasted for 10 min.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of buckwheat total flavonoids was 85.40%,the purity was 60.96%,and the the yield was 4.69%.The second extraction rate was 9.61%,the total extraction rate was 95.01%.
