Abstract:This paper aims to obtain a reasonable route synthesizing the important intermediate 3-Bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic Acid chlorantraniliprole for industrial-scale production.Firstly, 3-chloro-2-hydrazine pyridine was prepared from 2, 3-dichloropyridine through hydrazinolysis.Secondly, 3-chloro-2-hydrazine pyridine via cyclization, gave 2-(3-pyridinium-2-based)-5-hydroxy pyrazole-3-formic acid ethyl ester.Thirdly, 2-(3-pyridinium-2-based)-5-hydroxy pyrazole-3-formic acid ethyl es ter through bromination, generated 3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridinium-2-based)-4, 5-dihydroxy-1 H-pyrazole-5-formicacidethylester.Fourthly, 3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridinium-2-based)-4, 5-dihydroxy-1H-pyrazole-5-formic acid ethyl ester through oxidation, produced 3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridinium-2-based)-1 H-pyrazole-5-formic acid ethyl ester.Finally, the target compound of 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-formicacid was obtained from 3-bromo-1-(3-chloro-2-pyridinyl-2-based)-1H-pyrazole-5-formic acid ethyl ester via hydrolysis.The total yield was 44.44％ under the optimized conditions, and the purity was 99.2％.The structures of all the intermediates and the target compound were characterized by IR and 1H NMR.The route has? the? characteristics of mild reaction condition and simple operation, which lays the foundation for industrial production.
