Abstract:Firstly,definition,characteristics,meaning and framework of the theory of Networked Group Innovation(NGI) are presented.Then,this paper focuses on the definition,three substantiality factors,and implementation flow of Net Brainstorm and application of TRIZ theory in the process of NGI.Finally,development environment and general Scheme's design of NGI application system are put forward.Taking Net Brainstorm and TRIZ theory as core,NGI merges traditional innovation technique and idea with net technology,and can offer necessary technical support for product development,technology innovation,product sale and even innovation problem in management.The embedded TRIZ tools and courseware of innovation methods and thoughts can be utilized as creativity training tools for employees.

Abstract:According to the problems in Chinese enterprise technology innovation, a concept of smarter enterprise innovation network was proposed, which has three characteristics: (1) The value of knowledge, information for experts inside and outside enterprise, information of the market changes and user's demand are more insightfully perceived; (2) The information among the knowledge life cycle, internal and external enterprise knowledge, behavior of employee knowledge sharing and innovation activities, knowledge suppliers and demanders, knowledge and the innovation process are communicated much comprehensively; (3) Knowledge management system become more intelligent though building the dynamic relationship between the knowledge and persons, which means the more usage of the system, the smarter it would be. Implementation methods for the smarter enterprise innovation network were presented: (1) Managing, tracking and monitoring the life cycle of the knowledge: According to the knowledge application result, the appropriate incentives are given to knowledge contributors; Evaluation of knowledge and staffs is combined, so that the knowledge network will be more ordered, and people will take part in construction and evaluation of knowledge network much responsibly and actively;(2) Rely on public assessment of knowledge: organizing related staffs to vote some knowledge for a particular evaluation; knowledge evaluation based on Wikipedia (Wiki) model; evaluation knowledge based on behavior of knowledge application by staff; (3) Combining the knowledge evaluation with the daily use of knowledge. There are some problems need to pay attention to: scoring standards for the behaviors of daily knowledge application; knowledge evaluation strategy for some possible cheating behaviors; knowledge evaluation strategy for some possible negative behaviors. The system based on this concept has been partly applied in a certain research institute.

Abstract:The theory of inventive problem solving(TRIZ) is hard to choose better solutions, and the systematic approach has a little randomicity on the generation phase of creative solutions. A new idea was presented by using the method of selecting solution variants in systematic approach on dealing with solution sets of TRIZ, and an integrative innovation design process model was proposed. Then TRIZ and systematic approach can complement each other. From the system viewpoint, solutions were obtained faster and easier, and the systematic approach decreased the amount of solution sets of TRIZ in order to make the designing decision accurately and efficiently. The process of solution sets selection on designing fuel gauge was taken as an example. The process has good maneuverability and flexibility of methods and tools, and considers the systematicness for following phases of designing process etc.

Abstract:There are many factors involved in the NIS,and the relationship between the various innovation organizations is complicated.Both native and abroad research focuses on the innovation elements that affect the innovation performance,as well as the systemic and coordination of NIS.It's necessary to improve and develop the theoretical construction of NIS.From the perspective of the ecosystem and evolution theory,this paper analyses the development mechanism of NIS and indicates that three-stage model of survive,evolution and optimization.Based on the new theoretical framework,the paper improves the evaluation system of the national technology innovation capability and provides some useful inspiration.

Abstract:As an effective way to aggregate a crowd׳s wisdom, crowdsourcing has attracted much attention in recent years. Especially for product innovation, crowdsourcing shows huge potential for generating more creative ideas in terms of quantity and innovativeness. However, there are still some deficiencies in the existing crowdsourcing work: i) lack of a crowdsourcing system under a systematic or unified framework to support product innovation; ii) lack of an effective quantitative method to assist the design of crowdsourcing tasks; and iii) insufficient anti-cheating concerns in the initial stage of task design. In this article, a prototype crowdsourcing system is proposed to tackle these problems. Through the establishment of a task development model which consists of i) an innovation target analysis module, ii) an innovation-oriented HIT (human intelligent task) allocation module, and iii) a cheating control module, the proposed system is able to analyze and decompose the innovation target. In addition, it can identify suitable tasks to facilitate innovation and to embed anti-cheating measures in task design. To demonstrate the proposed prototype system, a case study on a future PC design is presented. Through control testing, it appears that the proposed system is effective in generating more valid and innovative ideas.

Abstract:To clarify the problems existing in the process of knowledge transfer of virtual teams, the team cooperation optimization model is combined with the technological innovation capability under the neural network (NN) model, and it is expected to provide a reference for the knowledge management and technological innovation of enterprises. This study first explores the organization, collaboration, and management of virtual teams from the perspective of knowledge transfer. In addition, based on NN, the research and development (R&D) and innovation capabilities of enterprises are studied, and an evaluation index system is constructed. In the stage of empirical analysis, this study selects Enterprise A for research and analyzes the status quo and existing problems of this company. Then, this study proposes a set of schemes conducive to virtual team collaboration and comprehensively uses management theory to evaluate the application effect. The team collaboration model based on knowledge transfer is applied to the operation and management of the enterprise, which significantly improves the collaboration between the various departments of the enterprise and the fluidity of resources. An enterprise R&D capability evaluation system based on a NN model can comprehensively evaluate various index data, thereby prompting its further strategic management and investment. The virtual team collaboration model combined with the R&D technological innovation under the NN model can objectively evaluate the capabilities of the enterprise, thereby improving the management efficiency and benefiting the long-term development of the enterprise.

Abstract:In many industries, the survival of firms is increasingly determined by their success in new product development. At the same time, new product development is a risk and complex process. The main method of new product development that has been used by organizations for many years is team creation. At present, new product development teams are lack of effective ways to support creation. From the mid-1990s on, the infusion of information and communication technologies in product development has raised the importance of information technology in new product development. IT-enabled product development now has the potential to redefine the processes and outcomes of new product development. In this paper, we analyze the supports needed by new product development. Based on the requirement analysis, we design and realize the team creation support system for new product development. Moreover, the process of team creation support system application in new product development is analyzed.
