Abstract:For the polymer production industries,the competitive edge will come from the technology that excels in controlling the polymer quality in a consistent way over the entire plant.The state of the art quality control systems of polymer production plant is reviewed,with the main focus on on–line soft–sensing and optimal grade transition control problems.It is proposed that the most important factor in developing an intelligent quality control system is quality modeling and implementing plant–wide quality estimation and control is beneficial.Finally,some open problems and potential development trends of the field are pointed out.

Abstract:Under the circumstance of mass production,in order to solve the problems,such as the unstability of the workshop quality,high percent defective and more wastes,the workshop quality stability control system was put forward.The principle and the functions of the system were constructed.In this system,the workshop quality stability was analyzed from the view of workshop process quality and product quality.Because of the complexity of relationship between workshop process quality and product quality,the method of association analysis based on the grey system theory between workshop process quality and product quality was developed.With the system and method,how to find the workshop process factors which influence product quality and the control of workshop quality stability can be realized.

Abstract:Purpose Collaboration with universities is an important innovation strategy for enterprises. However, currently very little research has focused on how such university-industry collaborative innovation activities should be managed. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach This paper introduces the university-industry collaborative innovation practices of Zhejiang NHU Company in China. By using a case study as the method, this paper aims to illustrate the mechanism of university-industry collaborative innovation and how to manage the collaborative innovation activities efficiently. Findings Zhejiang NHU Company established a university-industry collaborative innovation link through three innovation platforms: the technology R&D center, the ZJU-NHU joint-research center, and the national engineer center. Zhejiang NHU Company manages its collaborative relationships with universities through this innovation network. Originality/value NHU Company managed the collaborative relationship efficiently with the institutions, representing an effective degree of university-industry collaborative innovation management.

Abstract:This paper introduces a theory and method based on expert system for intelligent Collaborative quality control of the manufacturing controlling. The effective Collaborative quality control method and the data model guarantees the quality of the products manufactured in the center plants and the other plants concerned, as well as the final quality of the product. Abstract:The combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education with administrative management can improve professional innovation ability and development thinking of students, and improve the quality of talent training. Based on the empirical analysis of six colleges in Conghua, Guangzhou, this paper analyzed the current problems in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and administrative management in universities. Combined with survey and interview data and materials, this paper studied the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and administrative management from the perspectives of students and teachers, summarized and classified the integrated characteristics of the surveyed colleges. It also proposed a four-in-one “1+4” integration circle of “teacher-company-university-society”, which centered on students, so as to escort the practice and guarantee of the two systems, and promote the high integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and management majors in colleges.
