Abstract:Objective The application effect of real-time monitor system of medical record are discussed.Methods Hospitalization medical records are real-time monitored on line by real-time monitor system of electronic medical record.Results Since implement of real-time monitor system of electronic medical record in our hospital,we achieve well effect about writing quality of medical record guarantee and medical quality improvement.Conclusions It is effective and necessary for establishment of real-time monitor system of electronic medical record.Hospital should adopt effective real-time monitor management countermeasures of medical record,laying a well foundation for gradual transition to real-time monitor through network.
