Abstract:Objective By establishing the liver cancer tissue bank and information management system to maximum protect and rational use of the liver tissue resources which are important for clinical and molecular biology research. And it is important for liver cancer research. Methods We summarized a standardized process of liver cancer tissue bank establishment by reading the correlate literature of tissue bank. It provides a theoretical basis of liver cancer tissue bank. Combining with the number of outpatient, surgical cases and the conditions of our laboratory to establish a standardized process in line with the actual hospital database. Results We completely established the standardized processes of samples colledtion of liver cancer tissue bank and blood specimen bank and corresponding information management system. We completed the preliminary work of liver cancer tissue bank establishmentand and began to standardized collect liver cancer tissue. Conclusion It is important for future molecular biology and clinical liver cancer research by establishing the standardized liver cancer tissue bank and the corresponding sample information management systems and large-scale collection of liver samples.
