Abstract:The cooperation between the public and the private sections, one of the effective channels to enterprises' performing their social responsibilities, which can bring into full play the comparative advantages of the two sorts of sectors, has been widely applied in the world What is called the "Glorious Model", created in conducting programs of China's cause for helping the poor to start an undertaking called "the Glorious Cause", is a framework of the collaboration between the public and private sectors, within which all the participants of companies, peasants, the governments and non-governmental organizations play an important role respectively, giving free rein to their own comparative advantages, jointly materialize their objectives of ridding themselves of poverty and developing economy In this article, we have introduced in detail the course of development of the Glorious Cause, analyzed the cooperative relationship of the "Glorious Model" and pointed out its reasonableness and vital factors that guarantee its success
