Abstract:The types of foreign entrepreneurs′ investment differ from each other in various periods.In the 1980′s,the main type to introduce foreign investment is to establish joint ventures.Since the middle of the 1990′s,through establishing development zones on a large scale to build the 'simulated international environment',China has greatly improved the investment environment of its own.It is a brave push that has turned the Sino-foreign joint venture era into the solely-owned foreign investment era.The transformation results from the changing negotiation approach and transaction treatment structure instead of lowering the material transformation cost as generally considered by some people.
