Coordination Analysis of Marine Economy and Marine Environment in China Based on Entropy Change Equation

Abstract:The paper,the evaluation index system between the marine economy and marine environment was first constructed,and then applied in the entropy change equation to analyze the coordination degree between the marine economy and marine environment in China during the period of 2001～2009.It was found that the marine economy and marine environment was coordinated only for 2002,2007 and 2009.It was not in harmonious situation for other years.In addition,the level of marine environmental quality has been declining accompanying with the marine economic development.It shows that the development of the marine economy and marine environment is not synchronous in China.The marine environment has not been improved and controlled well following with the marine economy development.In the last part,the proposals of the solutions and methods to coordinate the marine economy and marine environment protection in China based on the research results were done.
