Abstract:In recent years,for-profit higher education institutions develop very fast,and they carry out a series of reform measures,among which no-tenure track is particularly outstanding.The main causes lie in the organizational essence for profit,simplified organizational structure and the management model of centralism.The effects of cancellation of tenure track lead to some obvious changes in program design,teaching model,relationship with the students and so on.
