Abstract:The title compound, C(24)H(30)O(7), displays a trans configuration with respect to the C=C bond. The cyclo-hexenone ring has an envelope conformation; the flap atom (with the isopropoxycarbonyl groups) is displaced by 0.664 (3) Å from the plane of the other five ring atoms and the carbonyl O atom. The dihedral angle between the cyclo-hexenone ring and the benzene ring is 7.85 (9)°. The meta and para meth-oxy O atoms are displaced by 0.003 (7) and 0.031 (4) Å, respectively, from the benzene ring to which they are attached.

Abstract:The title compound, C24H32O8S center dot C3H6O, features three six-membered and two five-membered rings. The six-membered rings adopt chair, boat and slightly distorted boat conformations whereas one five-membered ring adopts an approximate envelope conformation and the other a twist conformation. Disorder was modelled for the ethylthio group with the ethyl-C atoms resolved over three positions with occupancies of 0.58 (4), 0.23 (4) and 0.19 (3). In the crystal, an O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond links the molecules into chains.

Abstract:In the title compound, C14H16ClNO2, the cyclo-hexyl ring has a chair conformation. The dihedral angle between the benzene ring and the mean plane of the four planar C atoms of the cyclo-hexyl ring is 45.2 (3)°. The two carbonyl groups are trans to one another, with an O=C-C=O torsion angle of -137.1 (3)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds forming chains propagating along [001]. A region of disordered electron density, situated near the unit-cell corners, was treated using the SQUEEZE routine in PLATON [Spek (2009 ▶). Acta Cryst. D65, 148-155]. It gave a solvent-accessible void of ca 400 Å(3) for only 21 electrons. It is probably due to traces of the solvent of crystallization and was not taken into account during structure refinement.

Abstract:In the title compound, C20H25NO5, the dihydropyridine ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. The methoxyphenyl ring is almost perpendicular to the mean plane of the pyridine ring [dihedral angle = 88.42 (3)degrees]. The two carbonyl units adopt a synperiplanar conformation with respect to the double bonds in the dihydropyridine ring. In the crystal, molecules are connected by N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds into R-4(4) (24) tetrameric rings. A region of disordered electron density, located at the center of four adjacent molecules, was treated with the SQUEEZE routine in PLATON [Spek (2009). Acta Cryst. D65, 148-155]. It is probably the result of traces of the solvent of crystallization and was not taken into account during the structure refinement.
