Abstract:According to the structure features and technical requirements of parts,focusing on how to reduce the production cost,improve work efficiency and simplify the mould structure,through a variety of process scheme comparison,finally,linear cutting shear material to locate plate location deep drawing,flanging,trimming,punching bottom hole were synthetically used as punching process scheme,all processes were calculated,and detailed design of a pair of deep drawing, flanging,trimming,punching bottom hole composite die structure were did,and the process scheme and the die structure were illustrated,which obviously improved the box parts production efficiency and products quality.
