Abstract:In traditional library resource view,document and information are basic library resource,and reader is only library's service object and resource consumer.However,under the rapid development of new information technology,we must think reader should be one of the basic library resources.Reader resource is a kind of active resource,which lies in an implicit state,be in a dynamic resource flow,need librarians input high intellectual and need an appropriate motivation measures.We focus on the four aspects to strengthen reader resource development: strengthening in library smart capability development,using Web2.0 technologies,cultivating learning-type librarian and perfecting reader incentive measures.
Research on Satisfaction Evaluation of Digital Reading Service in University Libraries Based on ACSI Model

Abstract:Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data and other technologies have been gradually developed and applied to the digital reading service of university libraries. The service basis, content and methods have undergone great changes, and the inter-library connection has been strengthened. In order to explore the satisfaction of college students with digital reading services under the new situation, this paper introduces the structural variable "digitalization level" based on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) model. This paper introduces the structural variable of "digitalization level", constructs a digital reading service satisfaction model of university library and conducts an empirical analysis on the service satisfaction, and identifies the key factors affecting and improving the digital reading user satisfaction. The research results show that the perceived quality of digital reading services in university libraries has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction, user satisfaction has a significant positive impact on user loyalty, and users' evaluation of library digitization level has a significant positive impact on perceived quality, which in turn affects user satisfaction. On this basis, this paper puts forward conclusions and suggestions for the high-quality development and satisfaction improvement of digital reading services in university libraries: in the library, it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of services, simplify and reorganize the service function area, and improve the efficiency of feedback services; It is necessary to create community-based services and break down barriers to sharing between libraries.

Influence of Service Quality on Users' Satisfaction with Mobile Library Service: A Comparison of Public and Academic Libraries

Abstract:Mobile service in libraries has become very popular in last few years. To notify the meaningful factors for the satisfaction with mobile library services, this study focuses on service quality and divides the factor into 4 sub-dimensions: resource quality, environment quality, interaction quality and outcome quality. The empirical findings revealed most sub-dimensions of service quality to be significant in explaining users’ satisfaction. Moreover, it was found that, there were different perception between public and academic library user groups regarding the sub-dimensions of mobile service quality and their influences on users’ satisfaction.

Abstract:In the pursuit of digital transformation, college libraries have increasingly embraced the promotion of digital reading as a critical initiative. While numerous studies have delved into the strategies employed by college libraries in their digital transformation endeavors, there remains a lack of research elucidating the direct influence of digital reading on reader service satisfaction within these institutions. Drawing upon the service quality model, this paper aims to address this gap by examining the multifaceted influence of digital reading on reader service satisfaction in college libraries. By examining the various dimensions of digital reading services, this study employs the fsQCA approach to uncover specific combinations that contribute to heightened levels of reader service satisfaction. The results reveal three distinct configurations that can explain the high level of reader service satisfaction. By elucidating these critical relationships, this research not only provides a contribution to the research regarding the evolving role of college libraries but also provides practical insights for college libraries aspiring to realize digital transformation by promoting digital reading.

Abstract:In order to solve the library's demand for computer network technology, a research on the library's personal system service is proposed. A library-based self-service model was originally designed and developed. The system is developed from six aspects: resource association analysis and mining, reading interest analysis, data collection, personal service, personal service scheduling, and data warehouse. Secondly, it shows that this study has done some research on library application itself and completed some research. Finally, libraries can accomplish personal services in a variety of ways, such as distributing modifications, smart administrators, vertical portals, pushers, and more. In foreign libraries and universities represented by North Carolina State University and the Data and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the construction of personal data in digital libraries has become an important part of future development. According to the law, 57.9% and 65.0% of users ranked search engines as second only to e-mail in the China Internet Improvement Data released by the China Internet Network Information Center in 2000 and 2005, respectively.

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of digital library information service, and then increase the user satisfaction, based on the LibQUAL+TM, this paper uses the literature method and expert interview method to analyze and summarize current research results, and put forward influencing factors of user satisfaction of digital library and research hypothesis. The paper uses the method of questionnaire to collect the data and analyzes the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and the research hypothesis are validated through correlation analysis and factor analysis. On this basis, in order to avoid multiple co-linear relationships in the process of multiple regression analysis, the factors are extracted by principal component analysis and rotated by the maximum variance method, and then the paper calculates the factor loading and the score of common factors and establishes the influencing factors model of user satisfaction of digital library and does an empirical study. The results show that Digital Library, in order to improve user satisfaction, should strengthen the construction of factors related to information factors, human-computer interaction factors and user factors, and rapidly achieve and improve the goal of user satisfaction of digital library.
