Abstract:The geological hazard prevention in the section of the Three Gorges Reservoir is the main battle field of the geological hazard prevention at present in China.The subject of this paper is to analyze some main problems faced in geological hazard prevention and a series of crucial problems in the stratagem-actualization of geological hazard prevention-relief in the section of the Three Gorges Reservoir.Firstly,it summarily introduces the geological hazard current situation in the section of the Three Gorges Reservoir:complete-excessive type,widespread existence,worse and worse situation.Afterwards,it studies some main problems faced in the geological hazard prevention:the worsening geological hazard situations induced by human activity,the deficiency of basic investigation of geological hazard in range and profundity,and the limited-financing devotion of disaster prevention.Thereafter,it mainly analyzes some crucial problems in the stratagem-actualization of geological hazard prevention-relief,which are how to draw up the comprehensive plan of preventing geological hazard,how to establish and put in order the scientific supervision-sytem of geological hazard,how to develop the geological hazard forecast and set up the all-around supervising-warning system,and how to introduce the technical ways combined curing disaster and utilizing territory.It concludes that the geological hazard is more and more serious in the section of the Three Gorges Reservoir;it is impossible to treat the geological hazard all-round before the reservoir will be found in 2009;the crucial aspects of the stratagem of geological hazard prevention are to actualize the comprehensive plan as soon as possible,to develop the geological hazard forecast and all-around supervise-warning system,and to introduce the technical ways combined the curing disaster and utilizing territory.
