Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Jieduhizhi Capsule on the on the ability of learning and memory and expression of synaptophysin in hippocampus of rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.Methods:The model of chronic cerebral ischemia were made,After 30 days of medical intervention,the learning and memory ability were measured by Morris-maze test and the brain of rats were processed for synaptophysin immunocytochemistry.In the present study,we used computer-assisted optical density measurements of synaptophysin immunolabe1.Results:Jieduyizhi Capsule could obviously improve the ability of learning and memory and significantly increase the OD value of synaptophysin in hippocampus of rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.which has statistical significance compared with model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jieduyizhi Capsule can improve the ability of learning and memory and expression of synaptophysin in hippocampus of rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.
