Abstract:Objective To observe the changes in heart function of rabbits after acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods 14 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into sham control (SC) group and ischemic reperfusion (I/R) group.The variation of heart func- tion was observed continuously by four physiologic recorder at different points-before ischemia,within 1 hour after ischemia and within 1 hour after reperfusion.Results Compared withed with SC group,the maximal change rate of left ventricular pressure(±dp/dtmax),left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate(HR) significantly declined and left ventricular end di- astolic pressure (LVEDP) greatly increased in I/R group.Conclusion Acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury may injure heart function.
