Abstract:The M-health which takes advantage of mobile communication technology, changed the traditional way of life in the past that people only could go to the hospital for treatment. Now whatever inside or outside the hospital, you can obtain the relevant medical services and health information. The aging situation in China is becoming more and more serious and it's significant to apply the M-health technology to the elderly health management field. This paper will use the HTML, JavaScript and Web Service technology to design a set of health management system for the elderly based on mobile terminal. The system will monitor their real-time physical condition, intelligently analyze these physiological data and implement appropriate intervention or reminder. These measures contribute to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, improve the quality of life of the elder and realize the wisdom of pension.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of principles and key technical issues of handset Man-machine Interface(MMI) software automated testing,to resolve the comparing and transmission of screen image data problem by some data comparing skills and compressing screen image data via Run Length Coding(RLC) arithmetic;to ensure the ATS system can automatically run by a serial of fault tolerance measures;to enhance the system's scalability and reusability by Abstracting the system software and hardware platform and applying TCL script interpreter.And by applying these solutions,one usable ATS system is realized.The application shows that this system can highly improve the efficiency of handset MMI testing.

Abstract:The last few years has seen a massive growth of applications for smart phone operating systems such as Android, IOS. Short message services (SMS) is one of them. Although SMS as an application has existed for a long time, the method for managing short messages is rather outdated and very inconvenient. The is partially because most of the SMS applications are inherited from old fashioned mobile platforms, in which users of mobile phone usually concentrate on basic phone service and demand less for SMS. With the introduction of smart phone operating system, the old-fashioned method of short messages management is not suitable. To cope with this problem, in this paper we first conduct research on modern ways of short messages management, and then a short message services management system for mobile devices is designed. In this new system, more advanced options, such as messages query by date, by sender and sending a message to many receivers at the same time, for short messages is provided. Moreover, to validate our research and design, we implement the system based on Android platform. And we conduct some experiments with this system and test results shows that our system works quite well. With the mobile Internet becoming increasingly important to life, our research is expected to improve work efficiency greatly.

Abstract:An AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) system is used to automatically collect data from meters. In this paper we design and implement a Wireless Automatic Meter Reading System to solve the problem in existing AMR system. The system consists of wireless modules, measure meters and management center. A general wireless module, is developed to transfer the data gotten from traditional analogue meters or digital meters by using ZigBee communication network. We describe a system framework including the hardware of wireless module and software design of data acquisition. We also develop the operator interface on management center. Finally, we build up a Wireless Automatic voltage Meter Reading System as a case study. The proposed system has board application foreground in industry.

Abstract:Mobile information device profile(MIDP) is an important class library in J2ME technology.As part of MIDP,record management system(RMS) provides a mechanism for persistent storage on small,handheld devices with limited capabilities.This paper designs and implements RMS of MIDP based on Intel’s virtual machine named XORP,as well as own developed CLDC.This paper first compares the two initial designs of RMS,and then gives a description of the final implementation.After that,it presents the performance tuning techniques,and compares both pre-and post-tuned performance with Sun’s WTK.

Abstract:The JCP (Java Community Process) constitutes the J2ME M3G (Mobile 3D Graphics API)and specifies the Java 3D graphics API and framework on the mobile facilities in order to make applications programmed in M3G run on different mobile equipments and platforms. However, because it is unique and complicated in the designing and implementation of Animation in M3G, we summed up the reference model and theory according to the M3G library that we have developed on XORP. Abstract:J2MEUnit is a J2ME library containing a unit testing framework for J2ME programs.It is based on the source code of the original JUnit,the successful unit testing framework for J2SE,and a lot of new features have been added.In this paper,we are mainly discussing how to develop a J2MEUnit testcase and its application in developing MIDP (Mobile Information Device Profile).We'll analyze the differences between J2MEUnit and JUnit frameworks and implement TestCae and TestSuite construction without reflection APIs.We'll still introduce how to test MIDP class library and some principles.

Abstract:We have put forward a kind of maintenance design method facing to system,and we have also carried out detailed exposition with mobile telephone as an example.We have developed a practical maintenance interface of mobile telephone platform using VC~(++) language,which calls the corresponding conversion tools to complete the picture or ring data transformation,and realize the replacement of the picture or ring by calling the search and replacement sub function,and eventually realize the individuation of the ring and picture.We have emphatically discussed the thinking of designing and the design of maintenance interface,the overall program flow diagram is also given in this article.

Abstract:J2ME is a micro Java runtime environment for resource-constrained devices.There are already many mobile devices that support MIDP 1.0 in J2ME.Many security threats exist in MIDP1.0 since the specification has only little security issues.It's supposed that the next version of MIDP will improve the security for the business information and personal privacy.The brief introductions of the J2ME and MIDP are given at first,the security threats and attacks in the J2ME environment are explained as following,then the new security mechanisms and features in MIDP2.0 are expounded and against presented threats are analyzed,finally the conclusion is drawn that MIDP2.0 improves the mobile information security.

Abstract:In order to improve application development efficiency for multiple mobile operating system platforms, a MDA based approach named MAMDA (Mobile Application Model Driven Approach) is proposed. In MAMDA, a PMI (Platform Independent Model) is established, which includes both state and class models and is represented by UML. The PIM can be transformed into DSPF (Domain Specific Plan File) file which is in XML style. In DSPF, embedded Ruby scripts are used to enhance action semantics. With the help of specific transform template according to different platforms, the DSPF files will be transformed into corresponding PSMs (Platform Specific Models) and then generate source codes. This paper introduces the process of MAMDA and describes the key techniques about application modeling and model transformation. An example case of mobile application development for multi-platform with MAMDA approach was given in the last.
A Lightweight Framework for Fine-Grained Lifecycle Control of Android Applications

Abstract:The lifecycle of Android apps is dynamically managed by the system in an ad hoc manner, which leads to apps' abusing lifecycle entry points to automatically start up and gaming the priority-based memory management mechanism to evade being killed. Such apps exhibit diehard behaviors that keep them long-running in the background, resulting in excessive battery consumption and device performance degradation. Existing battery-saving features are far from being effective in restricting diehard behaviors, due to the lack of systematic, fine-grained control of app lifecycle. In this paper, we propose the Application Lifecycle Graph (ALG), a holistic modeling of system-wide app lifecycle. We present a lightweight runtime framework that builds ALG and utilizes it to realize fine-grained lifecycle control of apps. The framework exposes APIs that provide ALG information and lifecycle control capabilities to developers and device vendors, empowering them to leverage the framework to implement rich functionalities. Evaluation results show that the proposed framework is competent and incurs low performance overhead. It introduces 4.5MB additional memory usage on average, and approximately 5% and 0.2% CPU usage during system booting and at idle state.

Abstract:According to the situation of the Android operat-ing system, we analyze the function of personal property management system and also study the design and imple-mentation technology. We design the general structure of the personal property management system which can timely meet the user’s storage needs by the system. The system can store customer’s daily income and expenditure timely and also can query the past consumption in detail. Accord-ing to the month classification, we may budget the pattern of consumption of the future and inform a consumption plan-ning and look back the past consumption distribution by the statement analysis and so on. The design focuses on imple-menting the code technology which designed to the income, expenditure, account details, budget, statements and other key part modules.

Abstract:The ARMrayan Multimedia Mobile CMS (Content Management System) is the first mobile CMS that gives the opportunity to users for creating multimedia J2ME mobile applications with their desired content, design and logo; simply, without any need for writing even a line of code. The low-level programming and compatibility problems of the J2ME, along with UI designing difficulties, makes it hard for most people -even programmers- to broadcast their content to the widespread mobile phones used by nearly all people. This system provides user-friendly, PC-based tools for creating a tree index of pages and inserting multiple multimedia contents (e.g. sound, video and picture) in each page for creating a J2ME mobile application. The output is a stand-alone Java mobile application that has a user interface, shows texts and pictures and plays music and videos regardless of the type of devices used as long as the devices support the J2ME platform. Bitmap fonts have also been used thus Middle Eastern languages can be easily supported on all mobile phone devices. We omitted programming concepts for users in order to simplify multimedia content-oriented mobile application designing for use in educational, cultural or marketing centers. Ordinary operators can now create a variety of multimedia mobile applications such as tutorials, catalogues, books, and guides in minutes rather than months. Simplicity and power has been the goal of this CMS. In this paper, we present the software engineered-designed concepts of the ARMrayan MCMS along with the implementation challenges faces and solutions adapted.
