Abstract:The paper,from the perspectives of innovation and development,reviews the primary school Chinese curriculum and language teaching reform in the late half of the twentieth century.It outlines the new look of primary school Chinese curriculum and language teaching under the New Curriculum Norm and the main tendency of reform in the near future.
