Abstract:Objective: To optimize the processing technology of indomethacin ehtosmoes.Methods: The drug dosage,phospholipid dosage,alcohol concentration,stirring time and some other influencing factors were investigated by orthogonal experimental design.Encapsulation rate was token as the evaluation index with SPSS11.5 as the statistical analyzing software.Results: The optimum processing technology was: indomethacin 0.15g and phospholipids 0.5g dissolved with chloroform 10ml,and evaporated to form a film,40ml buffer(30% ethanol-pH5.3 phosphate buffer was added),and stirring for 30min.The average encapsulation rate was 75.06%.Conclusion: The processing technology is stable and feasible.

Preparation of Indomethacin ethosomes by film dispersion method
