Clinical Value of Real-Time Three-Dimensional Echocardiography in Diagnosis of Primary Cardiac Neoplasms in Infants

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) in diagnosis of primary cardiac neoplasms in infants.Methods The RT-3DE features of 3 infants with primary neoplasms were analyzed retrospectively,the results was compared with operation and pathological results.Results The RT-3DE features of 3 infants were corresponded with the findings during operation.There were 1 case of cardiac lipoma and 2 cases of rhabdomyoma confirmed by pathology.Conclusion RT-3DE can display the features of cardiac neoplasms quickly,and it has important value in clinical diagnosis.
