Abstract:Combined with the communication technology of GPRS(General Packet Ratio Service),J2EE(Java 2 platform Enterprise Edition)technology and database management,a power quality monitoring system based on browser /server structure is developed.Its structure and realization are introduced from both hardware and software,including GPRS data acquisition module,communication server,database server,Web server and client.The connection pool is used to connect Web server with database,and the technology of xmlhttp is used to display the real-time online data.The monitoring system is in operation now.

Abstract:An AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) system is used to automatically collect data from meters. In this paper we design and implement a Wireless Automatic Meter Reading System to solve the problem in existing AMR system. The system consists of wireless modules, measure meters and management center. A general wireless module, is developed to transfer the data gotten from traditional analogue meters or digital meters by using ZigBee communication network. We describe a system framework including the hardware of wireless module and software design of data acquisition. We also develop the operator interface on management center. Finally, we build up a Wireless Automatic voltage Meter Reading System as a case study. The proposed system has board application foreground in industry.

Abstract:Substation is an important part of power system and its operation status exerts great effect on the safety of power system. Comprehensive monitoring management platform for substation (CMMP) is a digital monitoring platform which has uniform interfaces; flexible expansibility and hierarchical network control ability, and it is custom-designed for safe operation of substation. CMMP consists of direct current real-time monitoring subsystem, intrusion detection and hierarchical video monitoring subsystem, temperature and humidity and fire monitoring subsystem based on WSNs. CMMP adopt composite structure of C/S and B/S which would be convenient for computer and other mobile end to query monitoring information. Owing to the perfect private network of power system, CMMP can monitor both local and cross-domain substations. In addition, CMMP can classify and manage all kinds of alarm information from substation and realize distribution monitoring centralized management.

Abstract:This paper proposes the construction mode of a two-level distributed alarming system, in which alarms are coordinately processed by substations and control center. In substation side, we classify alarms into several grades according to the degree of their importance and send the extracted key alarms to control center, thus reduce the amount of alarm passing and ensure the transmission reliability and speed; meanwhile, we carry out alarm verification and pretreatment through information redundancy to validate alarm correctness. In control center side, we integrate the data of ordinary Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and the alarms received directly from substations, and carry out comprehensive fault reasoning and correctness verification. In order to illustrate the feasibility of the substation-control center distributed alarming system, the overall structure, substation smart alarm (SSA), control center smart alarm (CCSA) and cooked data transmission of this construction mode will be discussed in detail.

Abstract:With the continuous development of power monitoring technology and the refinement of user data services and power enterprise security services, new requirements have been placed on the business management and data management of power enterprises. In order to reduce the incidence of smart grid failures and provide better services to users, a smart grid business monitoring and data analysis service platform is necessary. This article analyzes in detail the background, goals, and ideas of current business monitoring based on business logic consistency and data analysis based on data fusion, and introduces the implementation scheme of a smart grid service platform, including architecture design and construction content. The platform mentioned in this article can be extended and applied to various power businesses in the power industry, providing a theoretical basis and implementation method for realizing smart grid security monitoring and data analysis from the business level.

Abstract:Based on IEC 61970/IEC 61968 standards,this paper presents power a design principle to construct a common distribution management system(DMS) communication platform in Hangzhou Electric Bureau.Utilizing the powerful platform,the DMS can interconnect with EMS,transformer terminal utility system(TTU) and energy system easily.Furthermore,the common platform can discouple the DMS data and external system data.Meanwhile,the platform can process many kinds of external systems data using standard protocol,which gets the information more controllable.

Abstract:The multi-site smart substation has the characteristics of intelligent operation and maintenance, data fusion and economic efficiency, which can meet the needs of intelligent, digital and zero-carbon development. Thus, this paper establishes a multi-site smart substation scheme based on digital and physical simulation technology. First, it analyzes the intelligent operation and maintenance application of operation, inspection and defect identification in the intelligent operation and maintenance of the substation, and the data fusion application to improve the information judgment ability. The economical and efficient application of carbon photovoltaics; secondly, the data model, 3D model and simulation model of digital and physical simulation technology are analyzed; finally, the economy, intelligence and effectiveness of multi-site smart substations are verified by practical example simulation.

Abstract:Following the rising situation of energy conservation and environment protection, DSM (Demand Side Management) is greatly developed in the service of electric power supply provided by power companies. Based on a number of provincial related researches, this paper proposes a systematical and comprehensive design for DSM technical support system. The whole in accordance with the model of "decentralized application, centralized data", have established three levels network architecture on provincial, municipal and county, whose unified data centers and application service platform arc the core of provincial power companies. Making full use of existing information resources, the essential function covers the main process, including market analysis and expansion, load forecasting, optimal consumption, load management, energy efficiency and integrated management. Meanwhile, on the basic design features, further plans consist of price assistant decision-making, demand-side management project evaluations.

Abstract:DC power grid has received increasing attentions recently, and with it comes the demand for highly reliable and stable metering solutions. At present, in the DC distribution projects that have been implemented, some DC metering devices have been put into use. However, from the national and industrial level, there is no clear standard for the design of the metering scheme for the medium and low-voltage DC distribution network, and there is a situation of imperfect metering device configuration. Therefore, based on the analysis of DC metering devices, algorithms and location selection, this paper takes the Hangzhou Jiangdong flexible DC distribution network as an example to analyze the error distribution caused by metering algorithm selection and device configuration. In addition, the influence of harmonics on DC measurement is analyzed to provide the suggestions for DC measurement solutions. The analysis has been verified by MATLAB/Simulink, which provides references for DC metering standards.

Abstract:Combining the characteristics of the municipal power grid,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the power grid development from five dimensions including power grid safety and power quality,power grid development speed and scale,the coordination of the power grid,operation efficiency and economic benefit of the power grid.We also specify 46 evaluation indicators based on field research and data mining.Thus,this paper proposes a bilayer structure model to evaluation and diagnosis of grid development.Then multi-hierarchy order relation method and fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation model are employed to empirical analysis of three sample cities.Finally,radar charts are acquired for ana-lyzing and diagnosing the development level of the power grid from three levels.The empirical results clearly point out problems existed in power grid and provide some policy implications for managers.

Abstract:Aiming at lack of quantitative assessment and choosing design scheme of relaying protection system of digital substation,the paper proposes to develop quantitive assessment software for relaying protection scheme of digital substation and elaborates on technical lines for implementing reliability assessment,economy assessment and comprehensive assessment;it presents flow chart of the implementation and discusses content and implementing method of each functional module.It is indicated by the research that the implementation of the software can effectively help to scientific choose design scheme of relaying protection system of digital substation.

Abstract:Abstract This paper analyses the needs of smart grids for smart substation automation systems, studies and proposes a new scheme for smart substation automation systems, which applies vertical integration of intervals to reduce the implementation of protection and monitoring functions, improve system reliability and ease of maintenance; Adopting network parallel redundancy protocol to improve the reliability and standardization of information transmission in the station; applying service-oriented monitoring function to improve the level of information sharing and coordination and interaction between substations and control centres. The key technology of the system is expounded, and its application prospect is prospected. Finally, the discussion and analysis of some problems that may exist when the system is popularized and applied.

Abstract:At present, China's smart electric energy meter life management is started from the procurement and acceptance. The related monitoring and management of the manufacturing sector has not yet been carried out. This article applies RFID technology and network cloud platform to full life cycle management system of smart electric energy meters, builds this full life cycle management system including design and manufacturing, process control, measurement and calibration testing, storage management, user acceptance, site operation, maintenance scrap and other aspects. Exploring smart electric energy meters on-line and off-line communication by the application of active RFID communication functions, and the actual functional application such as local data exchange and instrument calibration. This system provides technical supports on power demand side management and the improvement of smart electric energy meter reliability evaluation system.
