Abstract:Since the beginning of 1960s, there has appeared a cultural shift on scientific concept and the humanities and social sciences have begun to be concerned with the culture.Human beings are a kind of civilized animal, and the core of the educational management is the management of human beings, so that the cultural shift of the educational management has become more and more distinct.Today's educational management theory is on the way of building a large tent.This integrated essence of educational management is an embodiment of the cultural shift, which has a series of symptoms, and reflects them on the concept of education and management, management organization, management functions, the national character and research methods of management.
