Clinical Significance of Serum ANCA in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract:Objective To detect the positive rate of serum ANCA in SLE,and to analyze its significance in SLE vasculitis and SLE.Methods Serum ANCA positive rate and fluorescent immunity model of sub-group and the relatioship between ANCA and SLE were retrospectively Analyzed in SLE group.Results①ANCA posi- tive rate in SLE was 52.83%;②In clinical manifestation and routine laboratory data,the date of cutaneous vas- culitic manifestation,disease activity,disease severity and disease relapsein ANCA negative group showed a signif- icant difference compared with those in ANCA positive group(P0.05);③ANCA positive rate with SLE com- plicated with lupus nephritis group showed a significant higher compared with those in SLE not complicated with lupus nephritis(P0.05).Conclusion Positive ANCA in SLE may be a helpful index to diagonsis of vas- culitis,disease activity,disease severity and disease relapse;detection for ANCA may be helpful for determining renal involvement of SLE.
