Abstract:Objective:To the hospital department of orthopedics wound secretion samples for pathogen isolation and culture,clinical infection control and medication to provide the basis.Method:Of 2011.1.1 to 2012.6.1 in 204 cases collected from department of orthopedics specimens for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of identification results for statistical analysis.Result:The results of this study show that in bone trauma infection pathogenic bacteria,bacterial species,and G+ and Ginfection rate was quite,with coagulase negative Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter spp.infection.Conclusion:Bacterial resistance phenomenon is quite serious,should prompt the clinician to pay attention to the rational use of antibiotics.
