Abstract:The subjects of the study are 6 higher education institutes(HEIs) with high-level sports teams in Zhejiang Province,including Hangzhou,Ningbo and Jinhua who employ the system as trial programs.It adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The study also analyzes the top five affecting factors of the competitiveness of these teams,including arrangement of sports,coaches,athletes,and the investment of universities and frequency of competition.To address the problems in the establishment and management of the sports teams,the paper proposes some countermeasures to enhance the development of the high-level sports teams in HEIs.

Abstract:How to develop high-level athletes in an effective and high productive way becomes a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and substantial evidence and by using the method of literature review,expert interview,comparative analysis and historic logic analysis and case analysis,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on cultivation system of high-level student-athlete.The following conclusions are drawn out. The cultivation system of high-level student-athletes should focus on all-round development of human being and scientific training theory as a core theory.Based on the theory of scientific training,it is proved that following it is an effective way.The traditional training system of high-level student-athlete in China has five disadvantages:the monopolization of training sub- ject,the simplicity of training goal,the extensiveness of training process,the enforcement of training methods and the being at will of training contents.High-level student-athlete training system of Tsinghua University has multi-goals.After ten years of exploration,high-level student-athlete training system of Tsinghua University makes progress and can be used as ref- erence model.

Abstract:In this article,on the basis of the following resources:documents,questionnaires,staistics and logical analysis to 85 experts and 432 students from 11 Chinese colleges,the authors 1)make systematic researches on the theory of college students'sport and health capacity including its definition feature and formation;2)construct structural system including ability of sport and health cognition,physical sport,scientific exercise,sport adaption and health evaluation as the major factors as well as another 19 minor ones;3)make systematic researches on the authentic proof of the present condition of college students' sport and health capacity;4)make suggestions on the training strategy.The above items will provide theoretical and practical basis for the training of college students'sport and health capacity.

Abstract:This article describes a detailed study on the background of "studying-training integration" system, a special athlete cultivation method in China. Using methods such as investigation, interview and literature review, the article searches the direction and opportunity of the reform on the cultivation system for athletes and proposes suggestions that we should restructure the sports talents cultivation system to allow more people to be trained as athletes, widen investment channels and improve management structure.

Abstract:By investigating and analyzing the building of a high performance sports team by 27 institutions of higher learning in Beijing, the authors summarized their experiences in 6 aspects: the leaders should focus on spe-cific implementation instead of empty talks about their concerns; the mode of cultivation should be changed from independent cultivation to win-win cooperation; objective setting should be scientific and accurate; the relationship between cultural learning and physical training was dealt with correctly; a role model was set up for athletes by means of postgraduate cultivation; funds were raised through multiple channels.
A Comparative Study on the Curriculum System of Doctorate for Sports betweer China and the united States

Abstract:Document retrieval, questionnaire and interview were applied to analyze and compare the current status of curriculum system of doctorate for sports between China and the United States. A reform strategy was provided. Compared with that in USA, the curriculum system of doctorate in China show less credit points and course hours, too large the proportion of the required course to the selected course, less subjects and simpler teaching methods, and curriculum chiefly arranged within the university. The above factors restrained students' integrated quality and limited cultivation of high level sports personnel in China. The following reform strategies were put forward: properly increasing the credit points and course hours; changing the curriculum from sports subjects to sports science subjects and setting up more cross discipline subjects; adjusting the proportion of the required course to the selected course from appropriately 9:1 to 2:1; reinforcing the building of teaching materials; using different kinds of ways for teaching such as forum, seminar and literature reading; and advocating students to select subjects other than the setting up subjects and schools.

Abstract:By the use of literature,surveys,statistics and other research methods,the sports consciousness and behavior of university students with different physical fitness were compared and studied.The results show that there exists different degrees of difference in the sports consciousness and behavior of university students in different physical fitness.A comparative analysis is made to identify the differences of their consciousness and behavior in sports,and the methods of training and upgrading students' sports consciousness and behavior were proposed.

Abstract:It is well recognized that the innovation, which sets up the advanced college student athletes' team in higher education, can be seen as a component of the national sports system and meaningful supplement to current competitive sports system, thereby contributing to the implementation of 'Olympic honor-winning plan'. Based on the specific theoretical framework, the detailed exploration and profound analysis was offered in this study, with an emphasis on ten following aspects: 1) comparative analysis on the situation between the domestic and the foreign; 2) object orientation and item selection; 3) construction (organization and management) mode;4) sources of coaches and athletes and its constructing mode; 5) integration of learning and training; 6) scientific training; 7) sources of funds and procedural assurance; 8) competition affairs; 9) team management; 10) impacts on education, sports and society and so on. Following from the experiences of cultivating advanced college students' athletes which proved successfully in the context of the foreign countries, Tsinghua University embarked the proposed experiment and research on establishing the model of cultivating the national-level student athletes in higher education with Chinese characteristics. Abundant experiences proved that the proposed purposed can be implemented in an all-round way with the successful cooperation of sports fields and education fields.

Abstract:In this study, an in-depth discussion was conducted on the current teaching situation of physical training courses in higher education, and a series of problems, such as the irrationality of curriculum design, the lack of site construction, the low overall quality of teachers’ team, the relative lag of teaching means and the singleness of teaching evaluation methods, were found. To solve the problems above, by combining the development trend of higher education in China and the characteristics of physical education, a series of development strategies and suggestions were proposed, including improving the curriculum, strengthening the construction of venues, improving the level of teachers, enriching teaching methods, and establishing a scientific evaluation system, aiming to improve the quality of physical training courses in higher education in an all-round way.
