Abstract:Objective: To discuss the methods and practice of establishing the research-oriented hospitals,and to come up with some ideas about the issues which research-oriented hospitals will be confronted.Methods: This paper exploreed the establishment of research-oriented hospitals,strengthened the understanding of establishing the research-oriented hospitals,focused on the innovative management of hospitals,accelerated the constructions of research-oriented hospitals and understanding of its development modes.It is suggested that we should establish the integration model with research and clinical ways in research-oriented hospital,fully shift medical quality,management concepts,research capability and teaching organizations,service quality,train high-level hospital personnel,organize departments for both personnel and hospital,formulate the main architectures and the backbone of hospitals.Results: In terms of health care reform and competition,we should position the research-oriented hospital,timely transform the development mode,and promote the healthy development of the research-oriented hospital,which is the essential part in the establishment of research-oriented hospital.The overall hospital construction,political and service direction is to create a research-oriented hospital,it is a effective way to improve the diagnosis and treatment levels.Conclusion: The creation of a research-oriented hospitals can expand the development space of the hospital and it will be able to provide high-quality medical services to the patients,what benefits the patients is make benefits for the patients during his treatment.
