Abstract:Fibrinogen is the blood coagulation factor I,with the catalysis of thrombin,it plays an important role in coagulation and hemostasis.Our rearch group successfully cloned fibrinogen α,β,γ gene by RT-PCR from human hepatic cells,then inseted it into prokaryotic expression vector,respectivelly.Expressed and purified of human fibrinogen α,β,γ protein are successful.The purified protein then was identified by SDS-PAGE and western blot.Our research result will promote the study of Chinese Han population fibrinogen gene polymorphism and haplotypes.The study provides an important experimental basis for the industrialization and technological base for the development of effective medical clinical trial of fibrin sealant.
