Abstract:In the process of R & D, various kinds of project information from various parities is related, a model which can represent all information in product development process is necessary. The multiview model of project management oriented product, process, resource, organization and capital is presented in this paper. A view mapping method is also proposed in order to maintain the integrity of the information in multi-views and distill the availability of the information in project management system, the paper also analyzes the relations of multi-view spaces, and achieves the solution on database by an application example of mechanical product, at last, the translation from product view to process view is built. The practice proves that multi-viewis powerful in supporting system to manage product development project.
