Abstract:Opinion leaders gain influence and popularity mainly through their expertise and their frequent interaction with the public.The more professional the topic is,the more these leaders rely on their professional knowledge todraw followers.Colleges and universities should try to gain the initiative by training opinion leaders,increasing communication and providing better service ; they should make analytical investigation of online public opinion and provide positive guiding to opinion leaders so they can in turn positively guide the online public.
