Abstract:In the 21 century,people will come into the age of oceanic economy.The regional economy which is contacted by ocean has been in persistently activity.The concept of circle of extensive South China Sea was put forward and the condition of conception was expatiated in this paper.We predict the development trend of the conception.It is suggested that the fluid of economic factors in the region was enhanced,development of economy in the economic circle of extensive South China Sea was rapid whose speed attains 4.5%.There have abundant petroleum,mineral,resources,ports,channels.The difference of economy in this district is remarkable and economic mutual benefit of those countries is obvious.Sub-economic body of district has more and more good actives,the condition is gradually mature,the circle of oceanic economy have been in clue.
