Abstract:Social adaptation pattern of the Migrant workers has different forms:The older generation of the migrant workers' pattern is more passive adaptation;most of the new generation of the migrant workers' pattern is half-Initiative adaptation;the minority of the new generation of the migrant workers who have elite-characteristic,whose pattern is creational pattern.This is a new,trendy social adaptation,which represents the most active,most dynamic and most healthy lifestyle.Analyzing social adaptation pattern of the new generation of the migrant workers is very significant to understand the development and change of them and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
