Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic territory of the distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap. Methods The super-sized distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap be made in 12 adults cadaveric lower ex- tremity,which be perfused with Methylthioninium Chloride in average artery pressure by way of femoral artery.The colored area and shape were recorded respectively,which be analyzed.Results The flap obtained balance in the colored areao in 15 minutes, and their shape were irregular,whose average of the long axis was 13.375cm and the transverse axis was 8.633cm respectively.Conclusion This is a relatively accurate and objective method to study the dynamic territory of the distally-based saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap.
