Abstract:According to the demand of networked geographic information update for change discovery, put forward a network marking and reporting system of topographic feature change information. Firstly, the overall design of the system and the three layer system structure is discussed. The publish/subscribe model for reported information transfer orderly and multistage interaction marking based on the spatial blog and multilevel access control are presented. Finally, a prototype system is developed using.Net, Oracle and Google Maps API to examine the methods and algorithms presented in this dissertation.
