Abstract:The three dimensional X ray data were collected by Nicolet R3 four circle diffractometer Compound(I)crystallized in monoclinic crystal system and space group P 21/n with a = 11.464(4) angstrom, b = 6.285(2) angstrom, c = 21.173(8)angstrom, beta = 111.06 degrees (5), V = 1123.6 angstrom(2), z = 4, Compound (II) crystallized in triclinic crystal system and space group P (1) over bar with a = 8.129(3)angstrom, b = 10.371(2)angstrom, c = 10.762(3)angstrom, alpha = 64,86 degrees(2), beta = 83.97 degrees(2), gamma = 80.43 degrees(2), V = 809.4 angstrom(3), Z = 2. The crystal structures were solved by direct method and refined by block matrix least square program, The final R factors are 0.036 for compound(I) and 0.052 for eompound(II), The CNDO/2 calculations were applied for both compounds. [GRAPHICS] The compound (II) was given evidence of the tranquil activity and low toxicity in mice.
